The belt cooler lowers the pasta’s temperature to a storable level - dry and dust free. It is clearly separated from the dryer. In this way, climate can be controlled independently and energy consumption can be kept low. During pasta cooling, controlled exhaust air aspiration provides for a low dew point. The water inlet temperature is adjusted in such a way that it cannot go below the dew point temperature. This process results in optimal cooling without condensation. The open design of the cooler's bottom section also allows for efficient cleaning.
