Our die-casting center in Uzwil, Switzerland offers entire die-casting cells and equipment for training and trials. Get exclusive access to the center and learn how to improve your process. If you’re new to die casting, we can also train you how to use the machines and to get to know the entire process - from dosing, spraying, using robots to setting up the machine.

We work closely with you to conduct the tests, offering an experienced second pair of eyes. You can also send parts to us to test. We run more than 100 training courses in Uzwil a year, with two classrooms overlooking the machine area. Our main technology center is based in Switzerland but we also run centers in Wuxi, China and in Holland, Michigan.

New die-casting machine series

Fusion

Our technology center is equipped with Fusion, our latest machine series.

Carat 105

Our Carat 105, 2-platen machine is equipped as an entire cell. We offer robot integration, spraying and trimming to create an industrial process in a lab environment.

Try our other latest die-casting machines

Our technology center is also equipped with an Evolution 53 and an Ecoline 53 which is made at our plant in Wuxi, China. We also have an area where you can test our integrated peripheral equipment, including BuhlRob, BuhlSpray, BuhlMark and SmartVac.

We analyze your product to improve your production process

Our laboratory is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. Our analysis includes a CT-scan, alloy analysis, strain compression testing and microscopy for metallurgical testing to provide a visual review of the material.

We run more than 100 training courses per year. These address electronic and hydraulic maintenance, how to set up and run die-casting machines and how to improve die-casting processes.Onsite training at your own plant and online courses upon request.
