Our team specializes in complete systems for soft dough biscuits, including molded, wire-cut and deposited products, as well as cakes, hard dough biscuits and crackers. The site in Skovlunde is home to our Biscuit Innovation Center, where customers can develop and test new products on two dedicated production lines: one for biscuits and one for crackers.

Here, our experts work closely with you to turn ideas into market-ready baked goods. At the same time, it is the headquarters of our Bühler Nordics sales and service organization. At our location in Rødkærsbro, we manufacture more than 1,200 meters of tunnel oven per year, making it one of the largest oven production sites in the world.
