Rosie is Co-Founder and Partner at Synthesis Capital, an investment manager transforming our food system through food technology. Synthesis is currently investing out of its $300M global fund. Rosie has been working on the investment implications of the inevitable food sector transformation for over a decade. Before Synthesis, Rosie was an Investor at CPT Capital, where she built a portfolio of leading alternative protein companies. Rosie has a background in sustainability and ESG, previously launching the FAIRR Initiative, a global investor coalition focused on ESG risks and opportunities in protein production, which represents assets of over $75 trillion. Rosie holds degrees from the University of Oxford and the Courtauld Institute.
