Laurent Freixe

Laurent Freixe, who became Nestlé’s Chief Executive Officer of Nestlé S.A. in September 2024, leads the company's global teams with the ambition to enhance quality of life through Nestlé’s 2,000+ brands. Laurent has served on Nestlé’s Executive Board for 16 years. He has held various leadership positions within Nestlé since joining in 1986, including roles in France, Hungary, and the Iberian Region, and later as CEO of Zone Europe and subsequently Zone Americas. Throughout his career, he has been an advocate of Nestlé’s Strategic Virtuous Circle – achieving efficiencies to enable investments that help Nestlé gain market share and achieve sustainable, profitable growth. Laurent has been instrumental in driving innovation and promoting youth employment initiatives, such as the Nestlé Needs YOUth program. Born in Paris and educated at Ecole de Hautes Etudes Commerciales du Nord in Lille, he also participated in the IMD Program for Executive Development in Switzerland.
