Julia Binder is the Director of the Center for Sustainable and Inclusive Business and a Professor of Sustainable Innovation and Business Transformation at IMD. A renowned thought leader, she was featured on the 2022 Thinkers50 Radar list. With over a decade of experience in sustainability research and teaching, Julia is dedicated to helping business leaders drive meaningful change to address global challenges. She is the co-author of The Circular Business Revolution and co-editor of the IMD playbook Leading the Sustainable Business Transformation. Before joining IMD, Julia served as Deputy to the Vice President for Innovation at EPFL, where she launched the sustainability initiative Tech4Impact. She also co-led a large-scale European project on sustainable innovation at the Technical University of Munich.
