Four setpoints allow you to adjust the process to suit different moisture content values or to meet the requirements of different sunflower seed varieties.
Innovative design of the impact plate ensures that your seeds are efficiently dehulled, whilst minimizing the number of damaged seeds. The impact plate is also designed to reduce undesired fine dust, reducing any oil impregnation effect.
The horizontal feeder spreads the seeds uniformly across the complete width of the rotor, bringing you a consistent high product quality.
Large maintenance doors provide easy access to all components. This makes changing the rotor, beater plates, and impact plate very fast. The readily accessible feeder makes it easy to clean the magnets and adjust the feed slide gate. Your operators can check the product flow though the inspection window. All of this helps to avoid unplanned downtimes and keeps operating and maintenance costs low.
The rugged frame structure is fitted with vibration pads to keep vibrations and noise low. The durable rotor, beater plates, impact plate, magnets, and seals are subject to very little wear, bringing you reliable operation over many years.
