The Meincke VSV vibration sprinkler decorates dough blanks with dry, non-greasy material of uniform grain size such as salt, sugar or poppy seeds.
The density of the sprinkles can be regulated manually with the inclination of the slide and the vibratory frequency.
The Meincke VSV vibration sprinkler is available in all standard working widths and adapts to their corresponding capacity.
The volume of the storage tank changes depending on the working width. It holds between approximately 74 and 150 liters.
The sprinkling material flows through a gap onto the sprinkling slide. The slide vibrates, uniformly distributing the sprinkles over the dough, so that the material that falls between the dough pieces can be collected and reused.
