Our wheat flour milling training provides a focused, practical overview of the entire atta production process. You will learn the basics of wheat structure and the atta flow sheet, understand the key machinery in an atta mill (including grinding chambers and plan sifters), and gain essential knowledge in food safety, plant engineering, and maintenance best practices. The course also covers applications of AlPesa, with hands-on demonstrations in our Application Center and flour quality evaluation through lab analysis in our analytical laboratory- keeping you equipped to optimize both process performance and product quality.
Limited to moderate knowledge on milling process. This course is well-suited for operators, and millers in the flour mill industry.
