We also manufacture valves in a wide variety of types, designs and sizes. Contract production

From drawing to product

Manufacture of parts, components and systems using CNC machining. No dimensional drawing is too unusual for us and no material causes too many problems. Skills such as CNC turning, CNC milling, EDM and wire EDM, grinding and profile grinding are among our core competencies in machining technology. We process every material from plastics, brass, copper, aluminum steel, chrome-nickel steels, titanium to Inconel. To do so we have the most modern CNC turning and milling centers, EDM and wire EDM systems as well as surface technology systems. For decades, this has enabled us to develop and manufacture complex parts, components and systems for rail technology, machine, heavy fitting and vehicle construction as well as medical technology.

Trust is good, control is better. Before delivery, all manufactured and finished assemblies and systems must pass the prescribed checks and tests as well as the final inspection by our quality assurance.



Processing of individual parts and large series in a range from Ø 3 to Ø 1800 mm for turning and 1000 x 1000 x 1000 mm and 600 x 800 x 2000 mm for milling.

CNC turning: from cycle-controlled lathes to 10-axis high-performance turning centre with bar loader.

CNC milling: from NC milling to 5-axis CNC milling centres with up to 6 pallets.

Grinding a wide range of workpieces and materials with a travel path of 1000 x 660 and a maximum height of 440 mm.

Processing of various workpieces and materials of different quality and grades up to a maximum height of 500 mm with a travel path of 750 x 500 mm.

Polishing, barrel finishing, anodising, nickel plating, chrome plating, hard chrome plating as well as painting and printing of parts and components.

From ball to high pressure valves of various types, designs and sizes

Our valves are characterized by certified quality and can look back on decades of tradition. This experience and the special know-how of our qualified specialists combined with our high-performance precision machines enables us to achieve top performance in valve production.

In our production buildings, ball valves for the paper and pulp sector as well as special valves such as high-pressure control valves made of wear-resistant materials are created. They withstand extreme loads in the oil and gas sector, in production in the onshore and offshore sector, as well as in transport lines and distribution stations and in thermal power stations

Our valves are recognized worldwide at all levels as a result of their outstanding quality. This high quality standard of our products is also confirmed by the ISO 9001 certification.
