    Manuel Samardžić is Product Manager Pasta since 1st of July 2020. Manuel holds a degree in Business Administration and Engineering (B.Eng). During his 10 years at Bühler. Manuel has worked successfully in different positions in Pasta Engineering and since 2014, he was heading the PastaEngineering Team in Uzwil. During this time, Manuel was leading many customer projects in the different regions in the world very successfully. Manuel has a broad experience in the pasta market and the pasta processes and with his customer oriented mindset, he will further develop the Product portfolio for Pasta. With futher sutides in electrical and information technology, Manuel is well covered to further develop digital solutions and services within the Pasta portfolio

    Martin Bolli

    Martin Bolli is the Head of the Market Segment Pasta. With almost 20 years of experience in the Food Industry, he held different management positions and global functions in the Business Grains and Food as well as in Advanced Materials within the Bühler Group during this period. Martin holds a Executive MBA degree in General Management and a Master of European and International Business Law, both from the University of St.Gallen. In 2019 he took over the global responsibility for the pasta segment. Before, from 2006 to 2012 and from 2014 to 2019 Martin was successfully leading many pasta projects in all regions of the world with financial and commercial responsibility. With his customer oriented mindset, he is developing new solutions and technologies including services and digital products.
