Stefan Scheiber has held various international management positions at Bühler in East and South Africa, Eastern Europe, and Germany. He joined Bühler in 1986 as a management trainee and went on to assume responsibility for Bühler Germany in 1999. In 2005, he became a Member of the Executive Board, leading several global divisions. In July 2016, he was appointed CEO of the Bühler Group, a position he held until the beginning of 2026. In February 2026, he was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bühler Group.
He is also a Member of the Board of Directors of St. Galler Kantonalbank and Bucher Industries AG.
Stefan Scheiber studied Business Administration at the University of Applied Sciences in St. Gallen and later continued his education at IMD in Lausanne and at Harvard Business School.
