Our Bühler Insights Die Casting Dashboard provides a customized overview of the performance of each machine, cell and foundry. Systematically determine the causes of interruptions to your die-casting system with the Downtime Analysis tool, helping you to improve uptime.
Real-time shot control offers the repeatability you need. The single-circuit system with piston accumulator and integrated intensifier allows a very fast switch-over from second to third phase. Multi-point setting, including braking function, increases the die lifetime and reduces flash for higher overall productivity.
