This course offers you a comprehensive guide to the processing of various types of nuts. From the raw nut, cleaning, roasting, blanching, optical sorting, chopping and pasteurization, through to grinding for the production of nut pastes, you will learn about every step.

The training will combine theoretical learning with practical demonstrations at our pilot plant.

At the end of the course you will have a full understanding of all of the process steps and technology required to create the highest quality nut products, safely and efficiently.
