In cooperation with AGF, our bakery experts will share the latest technology and process knowledge in this hands-on course at our Bakery Innovation Center.

The course will help you to:

  • Refresh basic knowledge of cereal technology
  • Learn about the classification of industrial production processes for baked goods
  • Build a better understanding of modern automation processes
  • Explore the technological aspects of food safety and hygienic design
  • Learn and come to understand the latest operation processes for industrial baking

You will combine theory with practical exploration using our school mill and bakery. At the end you use the latest technologies and process techniques with confidence to improve your baked goods production.

This course is ideal for you if you are already a food technologist involved in industrial baking and want to know more about the available technologies and how they can help you to improve your products and processes.
