The training focuses on the basics of biscuit production. You will make biscuit dough and you will learn about its ingredients. You will receive hands-on training on a Meincke biscuit line where you will identify components and look into process parameters, settings, adjustments and maintenance. You will learn about different machine set-ups and HMI panels. We will start our oven and evaluate product quality. You will also learn about common quality issues. Every training course can be adapted to your individual requirements.
