Thanks to this transfer, Bühler customers in India will benefit from an even better local presence and a competent service network. This will be continued locally by experienced mixing and dispersion technology experts on behalf of ystral.
Mark Traber, Director Global Sales of Bühler’s Grinding & Dispersing business area, sees this step as an important milestone in the development of the emerging Indian market. "In addition to providing more effective customer support, this cooperation will enable us to reach an even broader customer base and open up new market segments in India," says Traber.
According to Srirangarajan Santhanam, Director ystral india, the cooperation will create additional benefits for the customers of both companies: "Our portfolio is excellently complemented by the products of Bühler Group. This enables us to offer solutions in the field of wet grinding technology as well as our own mixing and dispersion technology. Furthermore, synergies are created in the services provided by our experienced team.”
The cooperation is limited exclusively to the Indian market and will start on February 1, 2020. The two partners’ first joint event will be Paint India (March 12 to 14, 2020), a leading trade fair for the Indian paint and coatings industry.
