The UltraPoly DRPG is our highest-throughput polisher, packed with patented innovations to deliver a high level of polishing at high throughput.
You can add an optional mixing tube. You can use this to add pre-conditioner to decrease bran streaks and improve the polishing performance. The mixing tube comes with a flow meter and control valves, allowing you to precisely control the amount of water you need. It is also made from stainless steel to help increase hygiene during processing.
The cam teeth are fitted at an angle of 45° on the cam periphery. This allows you to easily adjust the height of the teeth to the polish you need, helping increase your yield of head rice.
The sieves are firmly locked in place to improve sieve life. The cam is split into six parts, so you only need to replace the worn parts, not the whole cam. You can also replace individual teeth, helping reduce maintenance costs. The feed screw is also reversible, allowing you to use both sides.
