Nine years ago, I joined Bühler as a logistics intern and spent two years in logistics analysis after leaving university.
When Bühler relocated in Brazil (Curitiba), I was invited to work in production planning and control there, a challenge I accepted despite having no experience.
Over three years, I gained invaluable insights into the production process, which I combined with my first love - logistics - in my next role as Production Planning and Dispatch Supervisor. Two years on, I have a comprehensive grasp of the entire manufacturing to delivery process which is exciting. However, what I enjoy most is the negotiating skills I've developed to serve customers while addressing the needs of the factory and my colleagues.
Every day, we tackle the challenge of delivering on time in top quality. My mission is to uphold this standard, so I do everything in my power to achieve it.
In my roles within dispatch and production planning at Bühler, I've grasped every chance to broaden my understanding of different functions. This holistic approach not only gives me insight into how our work impacts other departments but also enhances my decision-making and problem-solving abilities. For instance, stepping in during a colleague's absence might seem daunting, yet I view it as an opportunity to learn and grow.
Bühler continually challenges me to strive for excellence, from training under exceptional leaders to participating in development programs and exchanging experiences with different units and factories. Each experience, no matter how small, has shaped who I am today.

A truly pivotal moment was when I secured my first full-time position here after working on diverse projects as an intern and delivering my graduation thesis focusing on Bühler.

Looking ahead, my upcoming wedding marks a pinnacle celebration this year. Meeting my life partner at Bühler stands as one of my greatest achievements, enabling us forge our careers and lives together.

Outside of my work at the company, I dedicate myself to bodybuilding as an athlete. For more than three years, I've been actively competing and have proudly earned over 15 trophies. This year, I'm gearing up for a national championship, which marks a significant milestone in my athletic journey.
Initially, my commitment to bodybuilding posed a challenge for those around me to grasp. However, I'm fortunate to now receive tremendous support, particularly from my colleagues at Bühler. They commend my dedication and discipline, frequently inquire about my competitions, and joyously celebrate my accomplishments alongside me. Their encouragement has been invaluable on this rewarding path.
