My career at Bühler has been nothing short of exhilarating – from the moment I joined as a trainee in 2006, eager to learn and grow within a highly respected global business.
I started supporting operations in India, gradually expanding my responsibilities to encompass Southeast Asia, before managing the Information, Technology Processes (ITP) Infrastructure Center of Competence (CoC) for global operations.
Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to immerse myself in various domains, honing my skills and accumulating extensive experience in client and network management and server engineering. In 2016, I embraced a new challenge by transitioning into people management, starting with a small team of one.
Today, I take pride in leading a dynamic team of over 27 professionals across various sub-functional areas within IT Infrastructure, including Network, Database, Server, Infrastructure Project Management, and SAP Basis. My role is to ensure that our company's technology systems operate seamlessly, securely, and efficiently, supporting our overall business operations. I develop IT infrastructure strategies, manage the team, estimate, and optimize workloads, and nurture team aspirations.
What I enjoy most is connecting with each team member on both professional and personal levels. I engage, motivate, and empower my team to achieve our set targets, fostering a collaborative and thriving work environment.
Aside from developing my technical skills, experiencing the vibrant culture and dynamic environment at Bühler headquarters has been transformative. It has allowed me to connect strongly with counterparts and deepen my understanding of our company's ethos.
Working at integration sites around the world and having the opportunity to visit sites such as South Korea and a few sites within India has significantly boosted my confidence and broadened my horizons.
Working in Europe, the Middle East and Southeast Asia has really enhanced my technical skills in server services across the spectrum.

Maintaining clear boundaries between your work and personal life is crucial. It is not just about well-being. It is about bringing my best self to every aspect of my life. In my spare time, I love to engage in activities that keep my life balanced and fulfilling. Connecting with family and friends is a top priority.
