After successfully completing her federal vocational matriculation certificate and passerelle (supplementary exam certificate) in St. Gallen, Jeannine Bühler was awarded a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Zurich.
She later received a Master of Arts in Social Sciences majoring in journalism, communication sciences, and political science. Following completion of her studies, she joined the development organization Helvetas Swiss Intercooperation. From February 2018 to March 2020, Jeannine Bühler acted as an Asset Manager for Swiss Prime Site Immobilien AG.
