Due to the choice between the precise, half automatic gap adjustement and the fully automatic roll pressure control system, the advantages of these two principles combine. With the G-Version, difficult products like extremely fluid or very dry masses (crumb) can be processed. On the same time, for normal chocolate and filling masses, the roll pressure system allows raw product fluctuations to be balanced, resulting in a very consistent end product. This also improves the performance of the product discharged from the downstream five-roll refiners. The result: an optimal product fineness with minimal variations with a maximum on flexibility.
Maximum production efficiency thanks to optimal process design.
The process zone is optimally matched to the customer’s specific product recipes. Customized specification of roller speed differentials and roller crown enables maximum throughputs of up to 15 t/h to be achieved with the required product fineness. On this machine type, the capacity can be variable adjusted to the performance of the five roll refiners. The high shearing capacity releases a maximum amount of the bound fat while at the same time calibrating the crystallized sugar. This results in a homogeneous product and an efficient process.
