If you remove these before storage, you can extend the service life of your machinery and provide hygienic storage conditions for your grain.

Cleaning

2

Preparation is half the job

Remove contaminants, impurities, defective material and fungal contaminations in the cleaning section. We offer both mechanical and optical sorting machines.

Kilning

3

Improving taste and shelf life

Kilning inactivates enzymes and extends the shelf life of your product. This is done using a uniform hydrothermal treatment. Kilning also improves the flavor of your product and partly gelatinizes the starch.

Milling

Get the most from your grain

The treated sorghum is turned into flour and semolina. You can do this either with conventional roller mills or with a high-compression mill. Different stages of sifting and purifying produce the granulation you need and make for clean products.

Bagging and load out

Where precision counts

The finished products are either bagged or loaded in bulk. Here it is important to keep dust to a minimum. Precise dosing and weighing are also key. We offer a wide range of manual and fully automated loading and bagging systems.
