Baking

Turning batter into cones

At the heart of this process lies an oven that turns raw materials into rolled cones. The batter is applied to baking plates traveling through the oven for one turn. Then, still flexible due to a high sugar content, the wafers are rolled into cones by a high-precision rolling device. More about baking.

 

Cooling

Cooling the molded cones

Cool the cones at ambient temperature with a cooling conveyor or an archway-type cooler. More about cooling.

 

Handover

Processing molded cones

After cooling, the cones can be slipped into sleeves and/or stacked to be prepared for packaging.
