Customer Service at its best

04/14/2014 The “Bühler Service Forum”, recently hosted for Bühler Die Casting customers, focused on customer service. More than 25 participants met in Frankfurt, Germany, April 9 to 10, 2014  to discuss the latest trends in the die casting area. Bühler experts as well as industry partners spoke about opportunities, requirements and challenges associated with service. Bühler also introduced new concepts to enhance plant availability and productivity. The main topic for this forum was “Industry 4.0 – What will production look like in the future? And how will this affect service, e.g. in terms of production controlling?“ The interactive forum explored numerous topics including; enhanced efficiency, production control, energy savings, CE certification, and Bühler retrofits. Attendees collaborated with technical presentations, round table discussions and group activities. Finally participants shared their expectations of Bühler’s customer service today and into the future.

A continuous and personal dialogue with its customers is very important to Bühler. Many thanks to all participants who made this year’s Bühler Service Forum a great success!
