Take-over of Schmidt-Seeger AG by ATON GmbH. The largest order for the construction of a new malting plant in Europe is awarded to Schmidt-Seeger AG

Change of corporate form into Schmidt-Seeger GmbH. Foundation of Schmidt-Seeger India Private Limited. Expansion of the distribution network and start-up of production in India. Development of the new drying technology “Eco Dry”.
