Training

One of the success factors for efficient and economical automation is training which meets the individual requirements of each customer. CDD’s engineers are dedicated to training your employees and to sharing their knowledge with your automation team. Normally provided just before or during commissioning, CDD offers formal training for both operators and maintenance personnel using in-house simulation. This training can be repeated as often as necessary to match your changing personnel needs. 

 

Documentation

High quality and up to date documentation is needed to reduce maintenance downtime. For quicker maintenance of your system CDD provides an extensive, standardised manual with all systems, covering safety, operating, maintenance, fault finding, spares and decommissioning. 

 

Support

Professional support ensures a quick response and early return to production after a breakdown. To reduce the potential downtime of your plant CDD offers long term, on going support to customers, through the provision of training schemes and round the clock annual support contracts.  

Each contract can be tailored to the customers requirement, to ensure that downtime in the event of a problem is minimised. Typical options available include, 365 day, 24 hr cover, site visit escalation clauses, variable term contracts, penalty clauses, modem support, spares handling and preventative maintenance visits. Standard warranties are unaffected by any support contract conditions.
