Process developments
We believe firmly that progress and long-term success are ensured primarily by solid basic research and development. For this reason, Buhler operates four excellently equipped applications engineering laboratories worldwide. Continuous selective investments are made in new processes. These are developed on our own account or as part of customer projects.
Process engineering
The Buhler engineering team designs and constructs customized production systems. Carefully matched individual machines are combined into manufacturing modules which, together with Buhler automation systems, can be expanded into fully automated production lines. Our process control systems are PC-based island solutions with defined interfaces for integration in master process control systems.
