But even later on, we will continue to take care of our products throughout their life cycles, offering local service staff, genuine spare parts, or machine upgrades.

Installation and start-up	We assign our own installation crews – worldwide.

2. Everything you need to run a plant

Customer service	Over 100 sales and service sites are available to you around the globe, offering you consulting, service, maintenance, and repairs.
Continuing education and training	We pass on our know-how to our customers, either in our own training centers or at customers’ sites.
Automation	To make sure everything runs smoothly and needs minimum maintenance, we tailor our automation solutions ideally to customers’ plants.

3. Additional services

Third party business	Our high-tech production facilities and our manufacturing expertise are also available to machine and plant construction customers.
Laboratory	Physical, chemical, and microscopic analyses for bulk materials, foods, plastics, and inks & paints.
