Easy-to-use operator terminal
The operator terminal with resistive touch-panel and TFT display is based on the tried and true Buhler operator philosophy. You can be sure: You won’t have to retrain to use it!
Modular design
The entire hardware and software is modular. The modules are provided with their own power supply, allowing the control system to grow as your needs change. They are interconnected through optocouplers, and data is saved by extremely dependable compact flashes. This ensures that your data will reach its destination safely. In the event of trouble, you will be able to resume production within a short time thanks to the extensive diagnostics feature incorporated in the control system. All digital and analog inputs and outputs are saved online and visualized. This provides immediate and reliable information on faults. The integrated Web technology enables you to send emails from your office or right from the machine to obtain online help from us without delay. Moreover, the customer window allows you to change IO signals without requiring any knowledge of a programming language. The centralized software management system at Buhler will enable you to make major expansions even after years via the Internet.
