Making the most of your investment

Application specialists in London and California work together with our customers to find the optimum configuration of equipment to meet their needs. Even after you have taken delivery of your equipment our specialists are available to advise on how best to sort new products or meet new demands.

Protecting your investment

A long-term commitment to your future is demonstrated by our policy to make spare parts available for a period of 10 years after the last date of manufacture of a sorter. In fact we have a number of customers who are still using 25 year old machines on a daily basis.

Quality people

Buhler Sortex as a company has been in existence for over 50 years. Many of our staff are long serving and have a good understanding of your requirements born of years of experience. This job knowledge is supplemented by a policy of continuous training to ensure their ability to provide a good service.

The systems that we use within Buhler Sortex are under the ISO9000 quality standard ensuring an external quality check. We have introduced cross company teams to ensure effective delivery of all our services

Emergency Service

We understand and cater for your need for instant, local after sales support, in your own language. Our representatives around the globe have been chosen not only for their technical sales expertise but also their total commitment to the improvement of quality in the food and agricultural industries.  

We insist that representative engineers visit our training centres in London and California for full training and that an appropriate stock of spare parts is held locally. Our Customer Care department in London co-ordinates this activity assisting our representatives and customers with technical queries.

Training

Buhler Sortex standard policy is to carry out operator training during the site commissioning of our equipment. We complement this by giving you the opportunity to send your personnel to training schools in either London or California for more in depth tuition. These courses can also take place on site to address a wider audience.

Agreements

The flexible approach of Buhler Sortex and our agents ensures that we can offer differing services on a contract basis, so that your equipment is working and giving you peace of mind.

Product Support

We have devised systems to ensure that issues occur can be dealt with in an effective manner. Ensuring the right resource is available to overcome your difficulties.
